Robert James Struble

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Robert James Struble, affectionately known as "Scrooge," on Thursday, March 7th, 2024, at the age of 68. Robert departed from this world surrounded by the love of his family at home.

 Robert was born on May 7, 1955, to his adoring parents, Robert Marlow Struble and Helen Mary Struble (Nee LaSota), who instilled in him the values of love, compassion, and resilience. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, whose presence brightened the lives of all who knew him.

Robert is survived by his loving sister, Debra Corbine, and brother, Ronald Struble, as well as his devoted companion, Judi Weins. He is also survived by his seven nieces and nephews and seventeen great-nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and friends whose lives he touched with his kindness and generosity.

Affectionately known as "Scrooge," Robert had a deep love for the outdoors and a passion for tinkering with things. He found solace and joy in cutting wood and spending time amidst the beauty of nature, whether in West Bend or Amberg.

In remembrance of Robert's life, a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 19th, at 11:30 AM at Passion Church, 12219 West Janesville, Road, Hales Corners, Wisconsin 53130, with visitation starting at 11:00 AM. Together, we will celebrate the life of a cherished soul who touched our hearts in countless ways and whose memory will forever remain etched in our hearts.

Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit will live on in the gentle rustle of leaves, the whisper of the wind, and the warmth of cherished memories. May he rest in eternal peace, knowing he was loved beyond measure and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
