(nee Matocha) Age 98 years. Born to eternal life January 29, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband Martin M. Hruz and daughter Theresa Mlodzik. Beloved mother of Martin (Georgianna), Ken (Denise) and Paul Hruz. Mother in law of Jim Mlodzik. Loving grandmother of Josephine (Greg) Steele, Julie (Matt) Haase, Jill (Don) Goyette and Douglas (Jennifer) Hruz. Fond great grandmother of Sophie Steele, Bryden Steele, Calvin Haase, Miles Haase, Madison Goyette, Gracyn "Gracie" Goyette, and Harrison Hruz. Godmother of Thomas (Debra) Jelacic. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 126 North 8th Street West Bend, WI from 9:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Private interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.
Rose was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol Wreath 93, St. Ann Society Branch 376, Women of the Moose West Bend Chapter 732, Wisconsin Slovak Historical Society, FCSLA Wisconsin District, and Holy Angels Parish.
Rose was an alumni of Girl's Tech High School, Class of 1944.
