Robert Joseph Budjac "Bob"

Born to life on January 17, 1924, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Andrew and Katherine (nee Gajdos) Budjac, Bob was born into eternal life on April 21, 2023, at Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Administration Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was 99 years old. 

Bob was the longtime friend of Frederick "Tom" Forrest. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Katherine, and siblings Valerie, Helen, Rudolph, Audrey, Emil, Edward, Frank, Mildred and Elizabeth. 

Bob worked as an interior designer for most of his adult life. He had an outgoing and charismatic personality and was the type of person that if you met him one time, you would never forget him. He was fiercely proud of his Slovak heritage and served his country in the United States Army during World War II. 

Visitation will be held for Bob on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 10:30am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am, all at St. Dominic Catholic Parish, 18255 West Capital Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53045. Interment will follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight.
