Michael Eugene Geis

Age 73 years.  Michael Eugene Geis was born and raised in Milwaukee.  He was born on Christmas Day in 1952 and passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 27, 2026.

Mike was a proud graduate of Bay View High School and spent many years as a dedicated factory worker until his retirement.  In his free time, he enjoyed watching and attending wrestling events, UFC, baseball, football, and many other sports.  He loved traveling to Las Vegas whenever he could, but was just as happy spending time at Potawatomi Cassino closer to home.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Hranicka; his children, Angela (Matt), Crystal, Michael, and Mandy; his siblings, Tim (Kim) Hranicka, Dolly (Steve) May, Jerry (Liz) Lierman, and brother-in-law, Cesar Linares; as well as his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, extended family, and many friends who will cherish his memory.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Frank Hranicka, and his sister, Amanda Linares.

Mike will be remembered for the memories he shared, his love of sports, and the time he spent with those closest to him.  He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.  May he rest in peace.  A private memorial will be held at a later date.
