Marcella Veronica (Schulte) Alberti

(Of the town of Vernon, formerly of Milwaukee and Muskego) Born in Dorchester, Iowa, on April 8, 1923, the daughter of Ben and Mary (nee Roerkohl) Schulte, Marcella was Born to Eternal Life on November 25, 2023, at Zilber Hospice in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, at age 100 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Anthony “Tony” Alberti and her parents. Marcella was the beloved mother of Carl (Sue) Alberti, Gerald (Elynis) Alberti, Joanie (Steve) Schindler and Nancy Alberti and the dear grandmother of Tiffany (Jim) Flach, Jaime (Steve) Alberti-Bowers, Jodi (Josh) Streich, Derek (Stephanie) Schreiber, Gina (Matt) Walby and Julia Alberti. She was the fond great grandmother of Kayleigh and Logan Flach, Emma and Allison Schreiber, Sophia, Ella and Anna Streich, Elaina and Cole Henrichs and Mason Walby. Marcella is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 6 sisters and 1 brother.

Marcella worked as a bakery and deli clerk at Sentry Food Store for many years.

Visitation will be held for Marcella on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 10:30am to 11:45am with Mass at 12:00 Noon, all at St. Leonard Catholic Church, W173 S7743 Westwood Drive, Muskego, Wisconsin. She will be entombed next to her husband Tony at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
