Linda Lee (Engler) Youngs

Linda Lee Youngs, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of William and Dorothy (nee Kohler) Engler, passed away August 8, 2025, in West Allis, Wisconsin at age 79 years.

Linda is survived by her devoted son Brian (Sheri) Youngs, along with her loving grandchildren Nathan, Katy, Jessica, Keith and Anna, and her cherished great-grandchildren Kryztena, Samantha, Riley and Vivian. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband James Youngs; her three sons Steward Youngs, Donny Youngs and Jimmy Youngs; her parents Bill and Dorothy Engler; and her sister Donna.

Linda married Jim Youngs on April 10, 1965. While raising her sons, she was a stay-at-home mother. After the boys were young adults, she worked as a custodian for the Milwaukee Public Schools for 20 years. She has resided in a senior living community for the 15 years, where she was actively involved with crafts and games and she enjoyed many celebrations with her resident friends. A special thank you to Betty and all of her resident community friends for keeping her involved.

Visitation will be held for Linda on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 10:30am until the time of service at 12:00 Noon, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, Inc., 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218. Interment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
