Obituary
Laura Maurer, of Menomonee Falls, WI, passed from this earth on December 15, 2022 at age 64.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mary Maurer, brother Eric (Mary) Maurer, and best friend and husband of 28 years, Robert “Bob” Stroo. Laura is survived by sisters Lynn (Tom) Voelker and Karen (Hanc) Spivey, brother Mark (Sue) Maurer, son Ryan (Adrienne) Maurer, step-daughter Sarah (Jeremy) High, and by grandchildren Sylis, Logan, Tyler (Karli), Wyatt, Damian, Sabrina (Dylan), Wayne and Owen . She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Laura was a graduate of Mother of Perpetual Help grade school, Custer High School in Milwaukee and Lakeland University of Sheboygan. She spent 29 years in multiple roles at Plunkett Raysich Architects in Milwaukee, with most of her career as VP of Business Administration.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Laura on May 6, 2023, from 11:00am until 3:00pm, at Fox & Hounds Restaurant, 1298 Friess Lake Road, Hubertus, Wisconsin 53033. Please RSVP to ryanleemaurer@yahoo.com or text 414-840-4080 by April 17, 2023 if you plan on attending.
