Jeffrey Frank Bakula

Jeffrey Frank Bakula, aged 62, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024, at his home in Elm Grove, WI. Born on November 23, 1961, Jeffrey (Jeff) was known for his generous spirit, his kind-hearted nature, and exceptional culinary skills. His sharp wit and selfless demeanor enriched the lives of all who knew him. An alumnus of UW-Milwaukee, Jeff earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which paved the way for his successful career as an entrepreneur. He excelled in sales, fostering strong customer relationships and was highly respected in his field.

Jeff was actively involved in his community and religious life, contributing to the Blessed Savior meal program for more than 20 years. He attended Blessed Savior Catholic Church in Milwaukee and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wauwatosa. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him with a powerful and a steadfast spirit. An avid golfer and racquetball player, Jeff also enjoyed cooking and spending time outdoors. His hobbies reflected his zest for life. Jeff's life was a testament to his enduring kindness, to his commitment to his faith and to the endless laughter and joy he brought to his family and friends.  His legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Jeff leaves behind a loving family, including five sisters: Linda (Mark) Gottlieb, Cindy (Joseph) Streater, Arleen Lemmon, Debbie (Kim) Seidelman, Noreen (Jeff) Buczek, and many nieces and nephews, including: Sarah (Lance) Calamita, Kimberly (Lucas) Sivertsen, Elizabeth (Matt) Gitlin, Christopher (Ellie) Gottlieb, Megan Kava, Morgan (Ned) Garthe, Casey (Frederick II) Pellien, Kayla (Christopher) Johnson, Brittany (Nathan) Todd, and Jordan Buczek. He is also survived by 17 great nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and William Bakula. 

Visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 12130 West Center Street, Wauwatosa on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon.
