George Anthony Olivo

Of Waupun, Wisconsin. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on September 21, 1950, the son of Antonio and Dolores (nee Winkel) Olivo, George passed away peacefully om June 23, 2021, at Bria of Trinity Village in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was 70 years old.

George, along with his four siblings, was raised on Milwaukee’s north side, where he attended Custer High School. Although he held various jobs, he was most known as a self-employed painter. George loved the great outdoors, and he was especially fond of bowhunting. In his later years, he enjoyed spending time shooting a good round of golf.

George was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Mike. He is survived by his dear children, Yvonne (Tim) Zeimet and Shane Olivo; his special brothers Sam Olivo, Tony (Jeri Ann) Olivo and Marc Olivo; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Gathering will be held for George on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, from 4:00pm until a Time of Sharing at 6:00pm all at Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218.
