Eleonore Mary Ulik

Age 90 years.  Born to life April 26, 1933 in Milwaukee daughter of John Kozak and Mary Nadboralski Kozak.  Born to eternal life January 4, 2024 at the Congregational Home in Brookfield, Wisconsin.  Preceded in death by her husband Robert in 1994.  Beloved mother of Katherine (Mark) VanDenBerg and Eileen (Jack) Heck.  Dear grandmother of Andrew VanDenBerg, Timothy VanDenBerg, Emily Heck, Jack R. (Tracy) Heck, and Robert (Kim) VanDenBerg.  Loving great grandmother of Nathan, Layton, Hailey, Cora, and Leo.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation Thursday, January 11, 2024 at St. Mary Mother of God Church, N89 W16215 Cleveland Avenue, Menomonee Falls from 9:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.  Entombment will follow Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery.
