DuWayne Lee Ledger

Born to life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 1, 1967, DuWayne was born to eternal life in Sussex, Wisconsin on June 22, 2024, at age 57 years. He is the beloved son of Dorothy Ledger and the dear brother of Diane Ledger, Dennis Ledger and his twin sister, Denise Ledger. DuWayne was the long time companion of Bev Guenther and  his step-daughter, Nicole Boudry. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Michael Ledger and Marilyn Ledger. DuWayne is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held for DuWayne on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 1:00pm until the time of service at 2:00pm, all at Wisconsin Memorial Park – Chapel of the Chimes, 13235 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53005. Entombment of his cremains will follow the service.

DuWayne was a member of the bricklayer’s union for many years and had worked previously at Butler Wire. Very special thanks to his many friends who visited him, and to the staffs at Horizon Home Hospice and at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital ICU for their compassionate care.
