Carolyn Laverne Flowers

Born to life on April 23, 1962, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Earl Lee Flowers and Charm Hale, Carol found peace after a courageous battle with cancer on September 3, 2020 at Lawlis Hospice in Mequon, Wisconsin. A graduate of Solomon Juneau High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Carolyn worked most recently as a daycare teacher.

Carolyn is survived by her three sons, Richard McKinney, Reginald McKinney and Rondell McKinney; Her mother, Charm Flowers Idleburgh; her siblings, Earl (Rietta) Flowers, Debra (Nathaniel) Banks, Donnetta Flowers, Janice Flowers, Janet Haslem and Carlton (Carmelita) Flowers; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Carolyn on Thursday, September 10, 2020, from 11:00am until the time of services at 1:00pm, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Interment will immediately follow the services at Graceland Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
