Billy E. Dear was born on November 26, 1967. He was born and raised in Carthage, Mississippi. Billy dedicated his life to his family and was the proud father of six children: three sons, Marvel D., Billy Jr., and Lavon, and three daughters, Saliyah, Quiana, and Rumor. His children were his greatest joy and source of pride. He cherished every moment with them, offering unwavering love, wisdom, and guidance. Known for his warm heart, infectious smile, and selfless spirit, Billy was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His kindness and generosity extended beyond his family to friends, neighbors, and the Milwaukee community he so dearly loved. Billy had a gift for bringing people together and creating a sense of unity and belonging. Billy E. Dear, 56, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on October 24, 2024. He was a beloved father, friend, brother, and community member who left a profound impact on everyone he met. He will be deeply missed by his children, who carry his legacy of love and resilience forward. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him, and his impact on his family and community will never be forgotten.

A celebration of Billy E. Dear’s life will be held on November 9, 2024, at 1:00pm at Enderis Park in Milwaukee, WI, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the wonderful man he was. May he rest in peace, forever in our hearts.
