Barbara Emily (Hackbarth) Radke

Barbara Radke was born on September 21st, 1938 in Milwaukee, WI to Elmer and Dora Hackbarth (nee Mueller).

Barbara enjoyed going up north with her family where they would fish in the summer and go snowmobiling in the winter. She was such a dedicated and hard worker that she maintained employment until the age of 72, when she finally retired. Barbara loved her family very much and would do anything she could for them. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog Sassy.

Barbara's life unexpectedly came to an end on August 6th, 2025 at the age of 86 years old. She leaves behind her daughter Brenda (David), son Scott (Jen), grandchildren Matthew and Nicole (Ray), great grandchildren Enrico Jr., Ryan Jr., Minayah, Mariah, Isabel, Brielle, Nirayah and Reinaldo Jr., great-great grandson Zaccai, and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years Ronald, daughter Jacqueline, son-in-law Luther, grandsons Paul and Ryan, brother Elmer, and sister- in-law Carol.

Barbara touched the lives of so many with her warmth and generosity. Her spirit will live on in our hearts forever. May her memory be a blessing. Rest in peace, dear Barbara. We will miss and love you always.

Visitation will be held for Barbara on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 1:00pm until the time of services at 3:00pm, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, Inc., 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218. Interment will take place on Monday, August 25, 2025, meeting at the funeral at 11:00am prior to processing to Graceland Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 11:30am for final committal prayers and burial.
