Amare Crump

Born to life on August 28, 2009, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically left this world as the result of a car accident while riding his bike on June 29, 2023, at the young age of 13 years. Amare leaves to mourn his senseless passing his dear parents, of Naomi Battiste Crump and Julius Crump; his loving grandmother, Carol D’Acquisto; his cherished sisters, Nevaeh, Amira, Natalie, Imani and Juliyah; and a host of other loving and caring family and friends.

Amare was a recent graduate of Southeastern Education Center and was looking forward to attending Vincent High School this fall. He enjoyed playing with his X-Box, basketball, swimming, music, and outdoors activities, to name just a few. He talked about wanting to study to be an engineer.

Visitation will be held for Amare on Sunday, July 9, 2023, from 2:00pm until the time of services at 5:00pm, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218.
