Obituary

“Life’s a test, mistakes are lessons, but the gift of life is knowing that you have made a difference.” – Tupac Shakur

Ali Raza (to his family/friends he was John, Johnny or Raza), age 39, unexpectantly passed away on August 11,2024 in Ozaukee County, WI.  Born on December 1, 1984, in Port Washington, WI, he will lovingly be remembered by all who knew him.

Ali is survived by his daughters, Aliyah McCambridge-Raza and Valerie Raza; parents, Sharon & Robert Theis; siblings Brenna Antholt, Casey (Matthew) Schultz, Robert (Robbie) Theis, Sherry Koch; God-Parents Bryan and Bridget Kreuger; nephews Kenneth Bol, Beckett Schultz, Ryan Antholt-Rusch; former spouse Shelly Raza and step-son Ethan Althen; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends; estranged father Mirza Mohsan Raza and relatives.  He is preceded in death by his grandparents Gerald & Kathleen Livangood, Raymond & Jeanette Theis and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Ali had a big personality and an even bigger heart – if you were in his circle, you were an important part of his life.  His biggest passion & love was his daughters, they meant the world to him, he was so very proud of the beautiful people they have become.

Ali was a hard worker – previous employers include Dlapa Construction, Full-Pull Construction and Johnsonville.  His favorite pastime was shooting darts, he was always on a team and looking forward to the next tournament.  He was a doting father loved spending time with his girls, going camping, boating, traveling, listening to music, making people laugh and just hanging out with his friends – he loved life and being surrounded by those that meant the most to him.

“I know it seems hard sometimes, but remember one thing: through every dark night, there’s a bright day after.  So, no matter how hard it gets, stick your chest out, keep ya head up … and handle it.” – Tupac Shakur
