Wayne Thomas Ransdell

Born on January 25, 1952, Wayne passed away July 14, 2019 at the age of 67. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Rosemarie Ransdell. Wayne is the loving brother of  Tony (Sherry) Ransdell and Phil Ransdell. Dear uncle of Ryan and Dylan Ransdell.  He is survived by other relatives and friends.

Wayne graduated from Bay View High School and then joined the Army; he served in Viet Nam. Wayne was an amazing bass guitar player and was a member of several bands both in Wisconsin and California. He was also a ghost writer of music for several Anime Cartoons and many commercials. If you asked Wayne how he would most like to be remembered, he would likely say as a "Musician." He was a lifelong, dedicated Green Bay Packer Fan. Wayne worked at Chapman University and retired from J. C. Penney in California. He also volunteered at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee the last few years. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center (5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53295) or The Honor Flight. Wayne will be interred at the same Florida National Cemetery as his parents in Bushnell, Florida at a later date.
