Vlasta (Gajdosik) Hlavac

Vlasta Hlavac was born to life on November 9, 1947 in Podskalie, Czechoslovakia, the daughter Jan "John" Gajdosik and Emilia (nee Velic) Gajdosik, and she was born to eternal life at her home on November 11, 2019, at the age of 72 years,  surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 50 years, Joseph Hlavac; her dearest children, Joe Hlavac (fiancée Stacy Henner), Suzie (Tom) Scaife and John (Michelle) Hlavac; and she was grandma "nana" to her adored grandchildren, Olivia Hlavac, Joey Hlavac, Trevor Scaife, Samantha Scaife and Tyler Scaife. Vlasta was preceded in death by her parents John and Emilia Gajdosik. She is further survived by her siblings. Milan Gajdosik and Olga Gajdosik, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Vlasta on Thursday, November 14, 2019, from 9:30am until the time of funeral services at 12:00 Noon, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
