Vivian Laura Gust
Age 84 years. Born to life August 14, 1933 in Rhine Center, Wisconsin the daughter of Alfred Brott and Elizabeth Gabritsch Brott. Born to eternal life April 18, 2018 at her residence at St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus / Providence Court in Milwaukee surrounded by loving family. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Deacon Peter Gust on February 9, 2003. Devoted mother to 10 children : Peter Jr. (Elizabeth) Gust, James (Roberta) Gust, Catherine (Robert) Krol, Philip (Beverly) Gust, Thomas Gust, Christopher (Lori) Gust, Hope (Jim) Birch, Monica (Jeff) Weis, Beth (Terry) Nortrup and Amy (Scott) Froehlich. Loving grandmother to 23 grandchildren : Peter Nicholas (Mary Kate) Gust, Kelly (Craig) Berntsen, Thor Gust, Matthew Gust, April (Nick) Yohanek, Theresa (Erin) Rouse, Allison (Brendon) Reyes, Andrew Krol, Natalie (Ajay) Alvarez, Jenny (Josh) Ahorner, Tony (Sherra) Gust, Teddy Gust, T.J. Gust, Chris (fiancée Ana) Gust, Ben Gust, Carolyn Birch, Julia Birch, Lucas Birch, Olivia (Matthew) Braz, Zach Weis, Charlie Nortrup, Cole and Louis Froehlich. Proud great grandma to 17 great grandchildren : Conan, Kiera, Braden, Kelan, Clara, Jack, Max, Simon, Cecie, Isabella, Carter, Benson, Ein, Brenen, Colin, Corey, and Aria. Dear sister of the late Rose (the late Arthur) Henckel, the late Frank (Lucy) Brott, the late Eileen (the late Al) Ramminger. Sister in law of the late Alberta (the late Arnie) Buss, the late Herbert ( Dolores McGowan) Gust. Further survived by other loving family and friends.

Visitation Monday, April 23, 2018 at St. Agnes Catholic Church 12801 West Fairmount Avenue, Butler, Wisconsin from 3:30 PM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 6:00 PM with Rev. Tony "Sonny" McCarthy and Rev. Mark Brandl celebrants. Private interment Resurrection Cemetery, Mequon, Wisconsin.
Vivian was a longtime active member of the former St. Albert's Parish and Blessed Trinity Parish, Christian Formation Director for many years and huge supporter of her husband's diaconate life as they worked together on many service projects and helped with the needs of others.
