Ruth Frauenfelder Obituary

Born to eternal life surrounded by her devoted daughters at Eagle River Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, age 90. She is survived by her husband Norman Frauenfelder and her sister Doris Lovrine. Beloved mother of Norene (Charles) Giuliani, Teri Frauenfelder (Michael Ackerman), and Alane (David) Vavrek. Preceded in death by daughter Gail Frauenfelder. Dear grandmother of Christopher (Lauren) Giuliani, Neil (Jackie) Krock, Timothy Giuliani (Lilly Vogt), Matthew Vavrek (Leslie Ellis), Aaron Vavrek and Laura Vavrek (Michael Aldridge). Great grandmother to Anniston, Makayla, Michah, Nora, Reagan and Eliza.

She had a soft spot in her heart for her dogs and cats and raised many throughout her life. She was an excellent seamstress, quilter, knitter, gardener and avid book reader. She became a first responder after moving to Northern Wisconsin and she enjoyed making pies for the Three Lakes July 4th festival. She enjoyed watching her Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks.

We can't thank the staff enough at Eagle River Memorial Hospital for their loving care and compassion.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 6995 Hwy 45 S. Three Lakes, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Faith Lutheran Church or Hiles North Fire Department.
