Russell Charles Bordeaux

Born in White Lake, Wisconsin on December 24, 1921, the son of Joseph Bordeaux and Anna Sellers Bordeaux, Mr. Bordeaux passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 9, 2018, in Brookfield, Wisconsin at the age of 96 years. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth "Betty" Jane (nee Budjac) Bordeaux and the loving father of Nancy Engler, Russell G. Bordeaux and Mark Bordeaux. Mr. Bordeaux was also the cherished grandfather of Erik, Kristin, Emily, Renee, Andrew and Lauren and great-grandfather of Alexandra. He is further survived by his sister-in-law Mildred Dudek, brother-in-law of Robert Bujac, and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Mr. Bordeaux on Monday, July 16, 2018, from 10:30am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon, all at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 18255 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53045. Military honors prior to entombment will follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mr. Bordeaux was a World War II U.S. Army veteran where he received 4 Bronze Battle Stars along with the Croix de Guerre from the French government for his heroic service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight requested.
