Lois "Lolo/Lola" Holz
(nee Roller) entered eternal life peacefully on January 29, 2018 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the age of 65 years.
Lois is survived by her daughters Spring (Nick) Holz Houston, Autumn Holz and Monica Holz, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her sisters Audrey (Al) Johnson of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and Nancy (Tom) Goratowski of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Holz; her parents, Bernard and Helen (nee Heckman) Roller; her siblings Jim Roller and Gail Hogan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin: and her in-laws Clara and William Holz all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Lois was born on March 21, 1952 in Adams, Wisconsin to Helen and Bernard Roller. She married Harold Holz on October 11, 1975. Lois worked as a cleaner at many businesses for many years until she got kinship in 1996 and later became a foster parent to almost 30 young girls. She adopted three girls legally, Spring, Autumn and Monica, but was like a second mother to many others including her niece Esther Wilinski and nephew Dwayne Wilinski. Lois touched the lives of not only her foster daughters that have kept in contact over the years, but also to her nieces, nephews (and their friends), neighborhood kids and of course her daughters' friends.
Lois' funeral is scheduled for Saturday, February 3, 2018, with visitation to begin at 11am and a time of sharing service to be held at 1pm, all at Jelacic Funeral Home, 5639 West Hampton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53218.The wake will beheld immediately following the funeral home services at Spring and Nick's home at 3214 North Booth Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212.
