Lance Joseph LaForest

Found peace on August 9, 2019 at the age of 75 years. His legacy is the love he leaves behind through his wife of 36 years Nancy, and his children and grandchildren. Lance is the beloved father of four children: Lance (Lisa), Michelle (Chris), Julee (Timothy) and Jules (Jenny). He loved being called Grandpa by his five grandchildren: Macy, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Maxwell and Ava. Lance is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Born in Champion, Michigan on July 28, 1944, Lance graduated from Champion High School and continued on to receive a bachelors degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, after which he began his teaching career in Wisconsin. He went on to pursue a successful career as a Sales Management Executive before retiring in 2008. Lance enjoyed fishing and gardening, reading and spending time with his family, and traveling the world; and, he was an avid Packers and Brewers fan. 

A Celebration of Life will be held for Lance on Monday, August 12, 2019, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, at the New Berlin Entertainment Center, located at 16000 West Cleveland Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin 53151. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lance's name to curepsp.com.
