Joseph Anthony Skowron

Age 96 years.  Born to life in Milwaukee February 4, 1921 the son of John Skowron and Mary Pietzak Skowron.  Born to eternal life Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in West Bend, Wisconsin at New Perspectives Senior Residence surrounded by loving family.  Beloved husband of Jean who preceded him in death in 1996.  Dear father of Joel (Marlene), Tom, and Mary (Tom) Deany.  Loving grandfather of Laura, Scott, Kelly (Matt) Wellner, Justin, and Erin Deany.  Great grandfather of Kieran Skowron.  Further survived by step grandchildren Kevin, Michael, and Brian, special friend Joyce Perry, and other loving family and friends.

Visitation Tuesday, October 10 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 8500 West Cold Spring Road, Greenfield, WI from 9:30 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.  Private interment, Wood National Cemetery, Milwaukee.

Mr. Skowron was a longtime employee at Borden's Dairy and was a proud WWII Army Veteran and member of Krejci-Braun-Meier VFW Post 7485.
