Emily "Millie" Irene (Polyak) Okray

Emily Irene Okray

Age 80 years.  Born to life September 10, 1936 in Milwaukee the daughter of Frank Polyak and Josephine Filo Polyak.  Born to eternal life Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at her Menomonee Falls residence surrounded by loving family.  Beloved wife of the late Chester "Chet" Okray who passed away in 2010.  Preceded in death by her brothers Vincent, Frank and Rev. Tony Polyak; and sister Sylvia Pedersen.  Dear mother of Carolyn (Jim) Weggen, Wayne (Donna) and Lori (Bob) Diehl.  Cherished grandmother of Daniel and Nicole Weggen, Kyle and Gregory Okray, and Tom and Molly Diehl.  Sister in law of Ruth Polyak, Hank Okray, Regina Kass, Ronnie (Art) Wirth, Theresa (Don) Peters, and Liz Okray.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.  

Visitation Monday, August 28, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church W220 N6570 Town Line Road, Menomonee Falls from 4:00 PM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 6:00 PM.  Private interment Tuesday at St. Mary's Cemetery, Menomonee Falls.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Maryknoll Missions appreciated.

Emily had a zest for life and loved to spend time with her family and friends.  Her positive attitude was contagious and her quick wit kept things lively.
